A real person on our team reviews your request and calls or messages you — usually within thirty minutes.
Based on the job, your location, and urgency, we assign a vetted tradesperson and confirm a time with you.
They arrive on time, fully equipped. For larger jobs, we document before-and-after photos for your records.
If something we fixed isn't right within thirty days — the same leak returns, the same switch stops working — we come back and make it right. No argument, no extra charge, no exceptions.
This applies to all completed jobs booked through Nirman.
