When you book a service through Nirman, we collect your name, phone number, address, the service you've requested, your preferred date and time, and any photos you choose to upload of the problem. We collect nothing beyond what's needed to fulfil your booking.
How we use it
Your information is used to contact you about your booking, match you with the right professional, and keep a record of the work completed at your address. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles from it.
Who sees it
Your booking details are visible to our internal team and to the professional assigned to your job — only the information they need to complete the work. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Photos you upload
Photos you attach to a booking are used solely to help us assess the job and brief the assigned professional. They are stored securely and are not used publicly without your separate, explicit consent.
How long we keep it
We retain booking records for as long as needed to provide support, honour our service guarantee, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
