What Nirman is
Nirman connects homeowners with vetted, independent tradespeople — plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, and other home service professionals. We coordinate the booking and assignment; the actual work is carried out by the assigned professional.
Booking a service
When you submit a booking request, you're asking us to find and assign a suitable professional for the job described. A booking is not confirmed until our team contacts you to verify details and agree on a price and time.
Pricing
Prices vary by job complexity, materials required, and location, and are confirmed with you directly before any work begins. You are never charged without first agreeing to the price.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a booking at no charge any time before a professional has been dispatched to your address. If a professional has already started travelling to you, a reasonable cancellation fee may apply to cover their time.
Our guarantee
Work completed through Nirman is covered by our thirty-day guarantee, described in full on our About page. If the same issue recurs within thirty days, we will return and address it at no additional charge.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate contact details, a clear description of the issue, and safe access to the work area. Misrepresenting the scope of a job may result in revised pricing on-site.
Limitation of liability
While we vet every professional in our network, Nirman acts as a coordinator between you and independent tradespeople. We carry insurance appropriate to our role and require professionals to carry their own where applicable; specific liability terms for larger jobs will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Nirman after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
